My love for boudoir actually started when I had boudoir photos taken of myself. My husband was deployed to Iraq, and I wanted to send him something special. I also did it for the opportunity to get dolled up and feel sexy just for ME. Boy did it work! It gave me a whole new level of confidence. Later that day as I ran my regular errands I felt completely fabulous and realized that I AM sexy and fantastic it wasn’t just the photo shoot, it was ME! I loved the experience so much that knew I had to be a part of helping women feel the very same way! The feeling of empowering a woman, and making her realize how amazing she is RIGHT NOW, not 10lbs from now, is one of the best feelings imaginable. Boudoir photography sessions are tasteful and timeless. The images I capture are never explicit. You don’t have to be naked to be seductive, just be you. I personally feel that the illusion of nudity is far more sexy than actually baring all. Sure your husband/significant other has seen you nude numerous times, but give him the chance to see you in a new light and leave something to his imagination. Boudoir photography is a way to push aside the responsibilities of daily life and for a few hours bring out your seductive side and be a model. Often times the gift of boudoir images are meant to be given to your significant other, but the gift of feeling like the gorgeous, seductive beauty YOU are is actually a gift to yourself.

I Heart Faces has a photo challenge Every week and and ever week I want to enter, I just never get around to it. But when I saw that this week was Black & White I knew I HAD to participate.
Boudoir is for every woman. This marvelous woman is my best friend. Even though she may not be the weight she wants to be and she no longer 22. She is sexy stunning and fantastic! Not to mention she looks like a total rock star. Hope this encourages all of you to get out there and do it! You’ll feel awesome, trust me i’m a professional… ha hahhah (yes i laugh at my own jokes) The amazing Miss A. Well, I should refer to her as Mrs. P. But either way she is AMAZING. She was the first friend I made when we were living in Germany. I was so happy to have met her at the beginning of our tour instead of the end. It seems be that you meet GREAT people right before you move away. In late spring Mr P was shipped off to Iraq, when he left he asked me to take some boudoir photo’s of his Mrs.
…. And like I’ve been saying AMAZING p.s love you A! Grand Forks AFB I’m coming for ya! September/October we’re due to psc. I’m going to miss living in Germany & overseas. But with 6 years out of the states it will be nice to be back to America, and American shopping. YAY! Just in case you all are wondering who is behind the camera…I’ll leave you with a picture of me from my Paris trip…
HI! So for our last & final shoot. Weston lead us on an engagement shoot. He is an amazing photographer. The photo’s he takes are so relaxed and candid. He really likes the couple to just forget that he is there. Which I just love, a lot of my favorite shots involve people NOT looking at the camera.
I really like shooting legs & feet. Even without seeing their faces you can tell how into each other they are.
I had to include some of the fun.. Photographers climb on just about anything to get a good shot!

and can morph into many forms, take for example a coat rack…
So that ends my Paris trip, it was certainly fun. There were so many wonderful talented women it was fantastic to be surrounded by them for a week.
The third day of the workshop we headed out onto the streets of Paris for a fashion style shoot. I definitely love being out taking photo’s in natural light. It’s also fun to get to show off a little bit of color work.

Beautiful Crystal she shoots with the diva’s. Today she played model for us because one of the other girls flaked out. She seriously rocked it!
I always end up going back to black & white… Day one of the workshop & we got to dive in and take photo’s of 3 beautiful women. This is Joslyn, I swear she would even look good in a potato sac, and to top it off she’s got a super fun personality. She is a master interviewer & could probably talk the president out of top secret information. Yes she’s that good.
I walked away from my workshop with the Boudoir Diva’s (in PARIS!) with 1 MAJOR assignment… start a blog.. SO, Kimberlee, here it is! I’ll start my first blog post with a picture of us. Thank you for being so inspirational & totally adorable! I’ll be adding pictures from the trip over the next few days!
